EVO FUSION LLP (HealthyWind.in) outlines refund and cancellation rules compliant with Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020.

Order Cancellations

• Cancel before dispatch: Full refund, no charges.

• After dispatch: Cannot cancel; product will be delivered.

Returns (Post-Delivery)

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened/used medical devices (breast pumps, nebulizers, thermometers, fetal dopplers etc) due to hygiene regulations.

Eligible Returns (7 days from delivery):

• Defective/damaged products

• Wrong item shipped

• Not as described (mismatched specs/images)

Refund Process

1. Email sales@evofusion.in with order #, photos, invoice.

2. Inspection (2-3 days); refund to original payment within 7 days.

3. You pay return shipping for invalid claims.

No Refunds For

• Change of mind

• Opened hygiene products

• Normal wear/tear

• Shipping delays (carrier issues)
